Petition to the Chico City Council

The city of Chico will be handing out a limited number of permits to operate. Help us to get one of those permits by signing our petition. We want these permits to go to local companies who will give back to the community.

We, the undersigned, call upon the Chico City Council to grant North Valley Holistic Health, Inc. a permit so that they may continue to provide patients with the medicine they need in a safe and responsible way.
